Desmond Wilson MIoDGroup Managing Director
Mr. Wilson, a member of the Institute of Directors, formed Wilson Group in the 1970s. As a result of his strategic leadership he has grown the organisation over the years. He is actively involved in the management of the organisation and drives the corporate social responsibility strategy.
Roberta Polson ACISCompany Secretary
Roberta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and has held the roles of Director and Company Secretary for companies within the Group. She is very experienced in corporate governance and plays an important role in the management of Wilson Group.
Colin Nimmon FCAGroup Finance Director
Colin is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has significant experience working in the private sector in various financial management roles at Director level. He is responsible for the full accounting functions within the Group. Colin is also Director and Treasurer of the Independent Health & Care Providers (IHCP), which is the organisation that represents a significant proportion of the independent healthcare sector in Northern Ireland.
Mary Cusick MCIPDGroup Human Resource Manager
Mary has been with the Wilson Group since 2001. Having originally worked as PA to the Group Managing Director, she was appointed Group Human Resource Manager in 2007. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
Tanya CampbellAssistant Accountant
Tanya is a qualified Accounts Technician and has over 20 years experience working in financial management roles. She is responsible for the administration of accounts for companies within the Group and oversees all the day-to-day activities in the Accounts department.
Brian McKennaAccounts Technician
Brian is a qualified Accounts Technician and his primary responsibility is to administer the Payroll, Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger for companies within the Group. He works closely with the Managers to ensure all transactions are up to date.
Rose QuinnAccounts Assistant
Rose has over 20 years work experience in various accounting roles within
the private sector. Her primary tasks within the group include the preparation and administration of the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Payroll for various Nursing Homes. She also assists with any other day to day procedures that are required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
