All our staff are fully qualified, professionally trained and experienced in their specific field. As part of our continued commitment to caring excellence, all of our staff regularly attend up-to-date training sessions on the latest caring methods. Issues such as food hygiene, fire safety and health and safety are all addressed.

The HPSS Requlations and Quality Improvement Authority monitor each Home twice a year to ensure it meets their high degree of quality care as well as meeting all legislative Health and Safety standards. Our Home is also a member of the Independent Health Care Providers (IHCP).
